Terms of Service

The following applies to art commissioned for personal, non-commercial use only. If you're interested in other use, please let me know up-front so we can work out an appropriate license and contract.

I have the right to decline any commission, for any reason, at my discretion. By commissioning any type of artwork from me, you agree to the following:

1. You are free to use your commissioned artwork online non-commercially (including but not limited to use as icons and banners on personal social media, covers for playlists, on character websites, etc). Text credit and/or links back to me are appreciated whenever possible.
2. You may print your commissioned piece for your own personal use as much as you desire.
3. You may print your commissioned piece for family and/or friends in small quantities. Please ask me first if you plan on distributing to 10+ individuals.
4. You may not sell, mass reproduce, or be compensated in any way (with real currency, physical goods, digital goods, game currency, crypto currency, etc.) for your commissioned piece.
5. I may use your commissioned piece in my own portfolio, promotional material, etc but will not re-sell in any way without your prior knowledge and agreement.
6. I retain the copyright to artwork that has been commissioned.

Payment Process
Payment is taken via Paypal invoice unless an alternative is needed. Please request alternative payment methods or payment plans upfront.

1. Payment is required after I confirm your order, before I will begin drawing your commission.
2. I require at least half to be paid upfront, with the rest required after sketch approval.
3. The first half is non-refundable. If you pay in full upfront and ask for cancellation at the time of sketch approval, you will receive a refund for half of your payment.  If I am unable to complete your commission as expected, you'll receive a full and total refund.
4. For commissions totaling over $200, payment plans can be made if requested.

Artwork Revisions

• Unless otherwise specified, you will have the option to view the sketch and request changes before final line art and coloring is begun. You will have two chances to review and request changes. Any further reviews may require an extra fee.
• After art has been completed, please request any revisions within one week. Revisions after that period will have an increased fee.
• Within the week, you may request up to three minor revisions at no charge. This includes changes such as color alteration, modifying facial expressions, or other slight changes that require little to no redrawing.
• If you request a revision that requires major redrawing, such as significantly changing a pose, clothing, or background element, there will be an extra fee. This starts at 25% of the original price and increases depending on the amount of redrawing necessary.
• If I have made a mistake, such as leaving out something that was visible in references or clearly stated in your text description, please let me know as soon as possible. I will correct my mistakes at no charge. If it was a mistake on your part or a miscommunication, I will try to come up with a solution that requires minimal redrawing or offer a fix at a discounted redraw fee.
